- Aravinda (Nelumbo nucifera)
- Usheera (Vetivera zizaniodes)
- Kashmari (Gmelina arborea)
- Nilotpala (Nymphaea stellate)
- Manjishta (Rubia cordifolia)
- Ela (Elettaria cardamom)
- Bala (Sida cordifolia)
- Jatamamsi (Nardostachys jatamamsi)
- Ambuda/Musta (Cyperus rotundus)
- Sariva – Hemidesmus indicus
- Shiva/Haritaki (Terminalia chebula)
- Vibhitaki (Terminalia bellerica)
- Vacha (Acorus calamus )
- Amalaki (Emblica officinalis)
- Shati (Hedychium spicatum)
- Trivrut (Operculina turpethum)
- Neelini (Indigofera tinctoria)

All the ingredients have to be taken 1 pala (48 gms) each
- Draksha (Vitis vinfera) 20 pala
- Dhataki flower (Woodfordia fruticosa) 16 pala
Aravindasavam Preparation
All the ingredients are to be put into a ghee smeared earthen vessel and sealed well. This has to be kept for one month with out disturbing. After a month the liquid has to be filtered and is ready to use as medicine.
