- Sita (Saccharum officinarum) – 3.6gms
- Kshaudra (Honey) – 1.2 ml
- Ghrita (Cows Ghee) – 1.2ml
- Aja mamsa rasam (Goats meat soup) – 2.8 gms
- Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) – 0.439 gms
- Kandukari/Kapikacchu (Mucuna pruriens) – 0.439 gms
- Yashtimadhu (Glycyrrhiza glabra) – 0.222 gms
- Tugaksheeri (Maranta arundinacea) – 0.110 gms
- Ela (Elettaria cardamomum) – 0.007 gms
- Twak (Cinnamomum verum) – 0.007 gms
- Patra (Cinnamomum tamala) – 0.007 gms
- Jatipahala (Myristica fragrans – Nutmeg) – 0.007 gms

Preparation of Ajaswagandhadi Leham
All the ingredients are taken in the specified quantity and according to the leha vidhi, the lehya has to be prepared.

Dosage of Ajaswagandhadi Leham :
The adult dose is 10 to 20 gms or as directed by the physician.
