Amrutadi Choornam or Amrutadi Choorna is an ayurvedic medicinal powder. It is used in treating Amavata (Rheumatoid Arthritis).

Ingredients of Amrutadi Choornam

1. Amrita (Tinospora cordifolia)
2. Nagara/Shunti (Zingiber officinale)
3. Gokshura (Tribulus Terrestris)
4. Munditika (Sphaeranthus indicus)
5. Varuna (Crateva religiosa)

Preparation of  Amrutadi Choornam

All the herbs are taken in equal quantity and made into powder. Then it has to be filtered and used.

Indications of  Amrutadi Choornam

1. Amavata (Rheumatoid Arthritis)

Mode of Use:

Amrutadi Choornam is used along with Dhadhi mastu (supernatant liquid of curd) or with Aranala.

Dose:

Amrutadi Choornam has advised 3 to 12 gms per day or as directed by the physician.
