Ingredients of Chandanadi Kashaya
- Chandana/Shweta chandana (Santalum album)
- Rakta Chandana (Pterocarpus marsupium)
- Murva (Marsdenia tenacissima)
- Trivrith (Operculina turpethum)
- Shyama (Operculinapetaloide)
- Haridra (Cucurma longa)
- Darvee/Daruharidra (Berberis aristata)
- Laksha (Laccifer lacca)
- Vamshalochana (Bambusa bambos)
- Gairika (Red ochre)
- Jeevanti (Leptadenia reticulata)
- Madhuka/Yastimadhu(Glycyrrhiza Glabra)
- Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus)
- Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera)
- Kakoli (Rascoea procera)
- Pippali (Piper longum)
- Vacha (Acorus calamus)
- Jeevaka (Malaxis acuminta)
- Rushabhaka (Microstylis Nucifera)
Preparation of Chandanadi Kashaya
All the ingredients are taken in equal part and made into coarse powder. Then the powder is added with 16 times of water and boiled in a mild fire till it reduces into 1/4th quantity. Once the decoction is prepared it is filtered and used.

Mode of use :
Chandanadi Kashaya is administered 15 to 30 ml along with 3 times of water internally as an adult dose or as directed by the physician.
