Ashokarishta or Ashokarishtam is one of the common Ayurvedic medicine predominantly used in gynecology cases. Though it has been indicated Bleeding disorders like amenorrhoea and metrorrhagia it can be used in other conditions also.

- Mustaka (Cyperus rotundus)
- Shunti (Zingiber officinale)
- Daru haridra (Berberis aristata)
- Utpala (Nymphaea alba)
- Amrasthi (seed of Mangifera indica)
- Jeeraka (Cuminum cyminum)
- Adusha/Vasa (Roots, Leaves, Flowers, fruit, and bark of Adhatoda Vasica)
- Chandana (Santalum Album)
- Ghrita (Gheee to smear inside the vessel)
